Healthy dinner I made tonight. Salmon head is rich in omega 3 and collagen ( good for your skin), salmon is also one of the healthiest fish you can eat. It has omega 3, vit B, protein, selenium, etc.
Atlantic salmon head and salmon steaks: In a baking pan, add fish, add 2 tbsp sake,1 tbsp mirin, 3 tbsp tamari soy sauce, 2 tbsp evoo, salt and pepper to taste, 1 lemon grass, 2 tbsp sliced ginger, 1/2 sliced serrano, 1 roma tomato, 1 cup sliced cabbage, 2 tbsp sliced red onion, 5 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 cup water, 2 pcs green onion bake at 450 for 25mins.
